When the company manager is faced with the necessity to create a new “event” they go to the new shift page. The manager fills details. Most important here is the date, time, and job position. The manager has two options – allocate staff manually or delegate employee searching to the Workforces.AI system, what simpler. Let return to our situation. The manager uses the automatic allocation button, the system gets command. Now the task of the system is to find the optimal shift. If they deny then the system looks over next in the list. Thereby optimal shift is formed. The manager can join the process at every moment for the manual intermediate check. The process of selecting the optimal schedule ends at the moment when Workforces.AI notifies the manager with shift details. This point means everything ready for future work.
